Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Manuscripts that can be submitted in the following format

Cover letter

While submitting the manuscript author is requested to provide cover letter along with the manuscript. This cover letter should include manuscript title, name of the co-authors if any and full contact details of the corresponding author with office or institutional address, telephone, fax and email address. Corresponding author should clearly state the approval of co-authors for manuscript submission along with any competing interests. It is also strongly advised to declare that work is original and not submitted/ published elsewhere with other publishers. Author can also include any additional information in the cover letter which helpful to the Editorial office.

Title and Authors Information

In “Title and Authors Information” part, the following information should be included

  • Paper title/ Manuscript Title
  • Complete author name, including co-authors
  • Email addresses

Keywords

Kindly provide 3 to 10 keywords as index terms signifying the article content.

Abbreviations

Abbreviations are the spelled out terms in the text for the first time and used consistently thereafter.

Introduction

This section should be Concise without subheadings.

Abstract

Abstract section should be self-contained and must be citation-free. The manuscript should contain an abstract according to the kind of manuscript. It should not exceed 200 words.

Materials and Methods

This section should contain adequate and detailed information of all the procedures and steps. It can be divided into subsections if several methods are described.

Results and Discussion

 In this section results and outputs of the research work should be described.

Conclusions

This should clearly explain the important conclusions of the work highlighting its significance and relevance.

Acknowledgments

All acknowledgments (if any) should be included at the end of the manuscript prior to reference part. This section may include supporting grants, presentations etc.

References

Authors are responsible for ensuring that the information in each reference is complete and accurate. All references must be numbered consecutively and citations of references in text should be identified using numbers in square brackets (e.g., “as discussed by Smith [9]”; “as discussed elsewhere [9, 10]”). All references should be cited within the text; otherwise, these references will be automatically removed.

Figures

Upon submission of an article, authors are supposed to include all figures in the PDF/ Word file of the manuscript. Figures must be submitted in individual files. Figures should be labelled below the figure.

Tables

Each table must have a descriptive title and if numerical measurements are given, the units should be included in the column heading.

Reviewer Guidelines

Peer Review Process

We follow double blinded peer review process. In this process the author's names and affiliations will not be exposed to Editors or Reviewers and authors are also kept blinded from Reviewer information.

Responsibilities

After receiving manuscript from Editorial Board Member/ Editorial Office, Reviewer should respond whether he is considering to review the manuscript or not in a couple of days, based on his expertise. After accepting the manuscript, reviewer should provide his decisions as below after completing peer review process to editorial office.

  1. Accepted – If the manuscript is completely relevant and well written
  2. Rejected – If the manuscript is irrelevant
  3. Need Revision – If any minor corrections to be done for manuscript
  • Reviewer should be transparent and not be biased in his decision.
  • Reviewer should provide his decision within the specified timeline 10 days after accepting the manuscript.
  • Reviewer should respect the confidentiality of the information of manuscript till it gets published.
  • Final decision in accepting/ rejecting of the manuscript is solely decided by Chief-Editor of the journal.
  • For any conflicts with manuscript/ authors/ editors he/she should contact editorial office.
  • We welcome reviewer’s suggestions to develop the journal.

Processing Charges

AHRO Publisher Ltd is an open access publisher without any source of funding and is running for the betterment of the scientific society with a cause to deliver the updates in the scientific society to nook and corner of the world.

AHRO Publisher Ltd collects only publication charges for Article Publishing Process from our authors as Article Processing Charges (APC) for the entire Peer review system, Journal development, administration process, online hosting and permanent archiving of article.

The publication charge for single article is 300 USD depending on the type of article that is being published.

Article processing charges will be paid by the author after the acceptance of the paper by the Editor In Chief and before publishing.

Publication Ethics

AHRO Publishing journals follow certain ethical standards to make sure high-quality scientific publications, to attain public confidence in scientific findings.

Plagiarism/ Duplicate Submission: Open Access Journals is dedicated to publish the scientific information which is original and the content should not be submitted/ published elsewhere with other publishing groups. Our quality control teams check for the plagiarism through software to detect the overlapping of content and similar text in submitted manuscripts. If the manuscripts are observed to be plagiarised/ duplicate submission/ submitted elsewhere they will be rejected at any stage of evaluation process.

Data Fabrication and Falsification: If the Submitted manuscripts are found to have either fabricated or falsified research work, i.e. methods, experimental results, including the manipulation of images will be immediately rejected.

Conflicts of Interest: Open Access Journals follows double blind peer review process to avoid conflicts. The author(s) should hold responsibility in providing conflicts if any to avoid further conflicts.

Confidentiality Protection: Editors and Reviewers are requested to be very careful while reviewing the manuscripts. It is ethically not accepted to use/disseminate the unpublished work.

Human and Animal Rights: Clear statements and ethical clearance documents need to be provided if applicable. The work involving animal models and human volunteers need to submit the necessary statements.

In the above publication ethical cases if the violations are found, the editorial office is authorized to act accordingly.
